New Zealand comedian Rose Matafeo has taken out the top prize at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Ms Matafeo won the best comedy award for her stand-up and sketch show Horndog .
The 26-year-old is only the fifth woman to take the title, beating out nominees from America, Russia, India, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Horndog is about a woman in her 20s looking for passionate relationships, rather than love.
The win came with prize-money of £10,000 - just over NZ$19,000.
Ms Matafeo took to Twitter and said she was "completely overwhelmed to win this award".
Ms Matafeo, who is a writer of the TV show Funny Girls, is a past winner of the prestigious Billy T Award.
At last year's NZ Comedy Festival, Matafeo's Sassy Best Friend, took out the Fred Award for the best New Zealand show at the festival.
