In a Saturday Night Live segment, Pete Davidson referenced his split with pop icon Ariana Grande, calling her a "wonderful, strong person."
To those curious about the break up, Davidson said, "The truth is, it's nobody's business and sometimes things just don't work out and that's okay."
His statement came following the release of Grande's single, "Thank u, next," where Grande references Davidson as well as other past relationships, including rapper Big Sean and the late Mac Miller, who died of a drug overdose in September.
