The Warehouse has confirmed 150 jobs are in limbo as it looks to centralise its online delivery system.
The company's proposing to close its 11 regional distribution centres and move to a single facility.
Under the new structure 100 roles will open up.
Warehouse chief executive Pejman Okhovat says the changes are to improve customer experiences, with a new rostering system also being trialled in eight stores.
The retail giant says the plan is in the consultation phase.
