Firefighters battle massive fire at Waikato honey factory

Firefighters remain on site to dampen down hotspots following a fire overnight at a honey factory in Ohaupo, Waikato.

Fire and Emergency New Zealand received multiple calls on the fire at 10.52pm.

Nine crews attended with four tankers and four support vehicles.

At this stage there are no reports of injuries.

Environment Waikato have been assisting and containing run off.
